I’m searching for a specific item of clothing and would like to narrow it down. What are those infant long onsie type things that have the feet already built in? is it called a footsie? a sleeper? i dont know!

Sleepers or footie pajamas

I have a lot of baby clothes from when I was a baby, but they have some bad stains on them. What’s the safest way to get those out? I’d like my new baby girl to be able to wear some of my clothes, she’ll have outfits no other baby has, lol.

The best thing I have is the gel oxyclean spray in the blue clear plastic bottle. Spray the stain and and let sit for about 15 minutes. Then fill the washer with HOT water. Use the powdered oxy clean along with your regular detergent and let the clothes soak for at least an hour (overnight if you can) Then run the clothes through a regular wash with normal detergent (I use All Free and Clear). All my son’s clothes are stain free using this method. FYI – This also gets out the yellow armpit stains from clothing.

A friend of mine regularly dresses her son in Lacoste onesies, a baby sized North Face jacket, and all sorts of other designer brands. If you had the money would you dress your infant in such pricey clothing? Or would you find other more practical uses for your money?
My theory is, clothes get dirty, get peed on, and babies grow out of things so quickly anyway.

Yeah, I’m with you. I’m not one for spending much money so even if I had more to spend, I’d still conserve. Plus, like you said, they’re just going to poop, pee, and spit up on it anyway. I’d stick with good quality clothes from much less expensive brands like Carter’s. That way when we have a poop explosion and the stains won’t come out I won’t feel like I wasted a bunch of money.

Please only answer if you know I really want my son to be a baby model for infant clothing.
