Have you tried the fabric stores for patterns? there are gobs of doll clothes patterns! You can also check the websites.

SewingPatterns.com is a good source.

try walmart, they sell patterns and you could check pattern books for doll clothes. I loved making them when my daughter was little. you can buy small remnants of pretty fabric at most fabric stores. have fun!
